“Your Mind at YOUR Disposal”
Many conspiracy theorists fear “mind control” from authorities and others, but most of us suffer the complete opposite. Our “minds” control US!
What can you do to regain your power over intrusive thoughts? Why does your mind always see the worst case scenario and prevent you from doing things you’d like to do. Just how do you stop that happening?
The answer is easy to understand, easy to apply and makes life easier as a result. Come and find out for yourself.

Rewind back to 2011 and from the outside, my life looked like the picture of ‘success’. A burgeoning career in TV broadcasting, a recent promotion, industry parties, award events and glamorous holidays…
…but I was miserable and spiralling into a place of disconnect and despair.
When I was diagnosed with skin cancer, it knocked me sideways…you could say it was a ‘rude awakening.’
I began a process to recover my sense of self; to remember what it feels like to be connected to bliss and ultimately, to learn to love the skin I am in.
In this talk I will share tools to combat negative self-talk, recognise the difference between what the logical mind wants versus what the heart needs and how to stay confident, even when the world around you appears to be falling apart.
4:50pm – Esther Nagle
Talk – Building a strong foundation for a BALANCED life
Can a breakdown be a good thing? Esther Nagle certainly thinks so. After 20 years of misery and alcohol dependence she refused to acknowledge, life took control and forced her to confront her deep unhappiness and addiction. A decision to train as a yoga teacher led to happiness, self acceptance and ease-ful sobriety as Esther learned coping and relaxation strategies, self compassion and self awareness. Esther now lives a far more BALANCED life, and she loves to help other people do the same. In this talk, she will share her fascinating journey, complete with Beatles, mountains and breaths, and share with you the foundations of a BALANCED life
